Have you tried fiddling with the native window setting to see if it acts said in Double-click on Windows Title Bar Maximizes ever tries Youtube?

Said in Double-click on Windows Title Bar Maximizes I don't remember how the title bar acted like in Windows 7, I moved on to W10 early on and never switched back.
